Purchased a pre-owned Lincoln as a replacement vehicle. It was in excellent condition. Transfer of tags was done very quickly. My old license plate was cleaned and looked brand new. Had to wait two days for the car to be detailed, but it was worth it. Barb, who told me about the car, and Eric were very helpful and not high pressure about purchasing.
They did evening they said they would do. They cane and picked up my car from work and then did the inspections.

This is easily the nicest Ford dealership—and honestly the nicest dealership of any kind—I’ve ever been to. Nate Dohner was my salesman and went above and beyond, even bringing the vehicle to me despite being nearly an hour away. The entire process was painless, straightforward, and everyone was easy to work with. Would I return? Absolutely. The atmosphere and the people are the best I’ve experienced at a dealership. Easy business as it comes Was being played by another dealer for a Mopar extended warranty, but when the paperwork came out, it was a third-party and they would refuse to sell me a Mopar one. Jake from here was able to get me a Mopar warranty, signed and finished within 15 minutes of me being here.

The detail dept sucks. I told them when i bought my maverick truck to make sure it was detailed and it wasn’t except they vacumed the rug. Also took along time to buy it even when paying cash. No extras like free oil changes.

My wife and I were looking for a Camaro and saw a very clean 2013 ZL1 at this dealership. After speaking to Sarah and Ryan we decided to purchase the Camaro but we were a little late in placing a deposit on the car, someone beat us to it.

One of the best (if not the best) dealerships you can find. Been in business since 1921 and I can see why. Great sales team who are beyond attentive and will handle all of your needs, no matter what they are, they'll take care of it. I recommend Karey (from personal experience) he is one of the best.
