The automotive 2021 SEMA Show will take place in Las Vegas from November 1-5, and Ford has some big plans to exhibit important details of several new Bronco and Bronco Sport project vehicles. With a wide selection of unique builds, Ford will show off the customization potential of both SUV models via expanded lift kits, racks, and many other official Ford upgrades and accessories that are accessible to customers. In addition to the custom builds, the company will also unveil the all-new Built Wild Bronco brand live at the show.

Thanks to the Bronco’s patented modular build that makes it easy for quick personalization with its expansive selection of aftermarket parts, the model has been nominated for its first-ever SEMA 4x4 SUV of the Year Award. Results of the SEMA member vote will be announced Nov. 1, so let’s take a closer look at the blue oval’s new custom Bronco builds:

2021 Bronco RTR Fun-Runner by RTR Vehicles

Based on a two-door Badlands model, the Bronco RTR Fun-Runner by RTR Vehicles brings the sounds of upgraded power with the 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine and a vibrant, colorful exterior design. The RTR build includes an Ultimate Dana 44 FDU front axle, and at the back, it is equipped with a long-travel spec Ultimate Dana 60 semi-float rear axle. This vehicle is also built with RCV Performance CV axles and an advanced performance intake system. This Bronco is supported with RTR Tech 6 forged bead-lock wheels protected within 37-inch off-road tires.

2021 Bronco by BDS Suspensions

The custom-tailored Bronco by BDS Suspensions is based on the two-door Black Diamond series Bronco. The litany of impressive upgrades brought to this red Bronco include Fox 2.5 PES coilovers, CrawlTek Revolution bumpers, and an ARB Twin-Air underhood air compressor. This rugged vehicle is also equipped with a BDS 4-inch UCA System, BDS rear adjustable control arms and track bar, swaybar disconnect, and a set of 37-inch BFGoodrich® KM3 tires.

2021 Bronco by Tucci Hot Rods

Arguably the most intense build in the bunch is the Tucci Hot Rods Bronco. Built for weathering deep snow and ice with ease, the vehicle’s standard wheels and tires have been replaced by 8-series off road tracks. This specific design comes with the 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine and a seven-speed manual gearbox. A flat snowboard rack, a Yakima LockNLoad platform roof rack system, and retractable running boards were also introduced to this extreme and capable Bronco build.

2021 Bronco BAJA FORGED by LGE-CTS Motorsports

The Bronco Baja Forged by LGE-CTS Motorsports takes inspiration from the  four-door Outer Banks edition. It has luxurious features, including an onboard fridge and cargo organizer, while an Icon Vehicle Dynamics 3.0 suspension lift helps bolster its performance off-road. A JBL sound bar, off-road rock lights, and Baja Forged bumpers are also part of the custom package.

2021 Bronco Sport by CGS Performance Products

The Bronco Sport Baja Forged by LGE-CTS Motorsports is a beautiful and capable Bronco Sport build. It comes with a two-inch suspension lift, off-road rock lights, and an updated 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine with a Borla cat-back performance exhaust. Rigid Light Shop rock lights aid nighttime trail running, and the build is designed with Reserve Forged wheels and 17-inch Toyo® Open Country® A/T III all-terrain tires.

"Bronco and Bronco Sport customers love parts and accessories that emphasize performance and off-road lifestyle, so we worked closely with Bronco design and vehicle engineering to deliver the products to match their individual lifestyle," said Eric Cin, Ford global director, vehicle personalization, accessories, and licensing.
