Ford Mobile Service Options Transform Customers’ Schedules

Ford Motor Company has stepped up to the plate to solve this problem with convenient mobile servicing! 

Millions of vehicle owners are now finding that using Ford and Lincoln’s mobile service options is a great way to keep going about their daily lives at home or at work while technicians come to them with everything they need to service their vehicle. A customer’s vehicle can even be picked up, taken back to the service center, and then returned at a later time as part of some mobile service options! 

“We want to return to our customers the most valuable commodity in modern life– time,” said Elena Ford, Chief Dealer Engagement Officer. “Service appointments should be as simple as booking an appointment with your phone. They should not interrupt a customer’s day.”
